The RESUMOT app (hereinafter "the App") is published by Aime Energie, a simplified joint-stock company headquartered in France (hereinafter "the Publisher").
RESUMOT is an iOS app that allows users to summarize, analyze and structure texts directly on their device, with no internet connection required for core features.

Access to and use of the App is subject to unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The user acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all of these terms.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication in the App. Continued use of the App after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
RESUMOT offers the following features:
All processing (summarization, OCR, analysis) is performed locally on the user's device. No text data is transmitted to remote servers during normal App operation.
The App is available for free with the following limitations:
A document corresponds to one processing session, regardless of the number of pages. The monthly counter resets on the 1st of each month.

The lifetime purchase is linked to the user's Apple ID and can be restored on other devices via "Restore Purchases".
All purchases (monthly subscription and lifetime purchase) are made through Apple's in-app purchase system (App Store). Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Monthly subscription: renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is done via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Lifetime purchase: one-time payment, no renewal. No cancellation required.
Prices are inclusive of all taxes and may be changed with prior notice to the user.
Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with its current policy, available at support.apple.com.
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior agreement. Immediate access to Pro features upon purchase constitutes a waiver of the right of withdrawal.
The user agrees to use the App in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. In particular, the user shall not:
The App, its source code, design, logos, trademarks and all its content are the exclusive property of Aime Energie and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
The Publisher grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App, limited to private and non-commercial use.
Documents and texts processed by the user via the App remain the exclusive property of their respective authors. The Publisher claims no rights over such content.
The App is provided "as is". The Publisher does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or suited to the user's specific needs.
Summaries and analyses generated by the App are produced automatically. The Publisher does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or relevance. The user is solely responsible for the use made of generated content.
The Publisher shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss, loss of revenue or any commercial damage.
The processing of personal data is governed by the App's Privacy Policy, accessible from the App Settings and at resumot.app/privacy.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the user has the right to access, rectify, erase and port their data.
The Publisher endeavours to ensure App availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in cases of force majeure.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the App's features, including for Free Plan users, without notice or compensation.
The user may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from their device.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or refund of any amounts paid.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms were declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
The Publisher's failure to invoke a breach of any obligation under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that obligation.
